THROWBACK THURSDAY: Tiesto & DJ Punish - Shocker (Original Mix)

This is a classic example of a progressive house song. I believe Guru showcased this one about a year ago, but I feel like it deserves to be brushed off and brought back to your senses for eargasmic listening pleasure. Like all great progressive house songs, there is a steady build in perceived tempo, booming bass, fantastic synths, and a massive drop. I mean, at this point it's essentially a formula, but textbook precision isn't always possible. Here it is though. Fantastic song. Check it out and DL below.

Dotcom - Drunk Girls feat. Yultron (Original Mix)

Well I'm back. Gonna try to bring you guys music every other day or so.

This one is good. Dotcom, as a rule, is hit or miss, but when he hits, he HITS. This isn't a club banger. This isn't a mega hit. Shit, this isn't even top 40 material. But you know what it is? That one song you can play at every pregame, at every party, and blast whenever you're chillin... because we all know that drunk girls know how to have fun. Smooth bass, smooth lyrics by Yultron. Def worth a download. The link is below. Dig it.

Hardwell & MAKJ - Countdown (Original Mix)

In honor of hitting a 1000 hits in one day for the first time since this site was founded, I'll throw this little gem out there for you. It's a single Hardwell recently dropped. I'm not sure if it'll be up here for long, so grab it while you can. It's classic Hardwell; clear, pounding bass, airy synths, and as always, a nice drop. Enjoy. Track and DL link below.

Morgan Page & Michael S. - Against the World (Original Mix)

That drop. That fucking drop. What every house music fan ultimately lives for is that drop where is sends chill down you spine and you can't help but sing every word. That's what this song has if you listen to it long enough to get through it's awful intro. If you're in for the ride, it's worth it. Check it out and download it below:

Ryan Riback & Lowkiss - Work Money Party Bitches (Original Mix)

This one is another nod to Barstool. If you noticed, the video of 3 Nights In Miami I posted earlier uses this track as the song used to showcase Brickstreet and all of the chaos inside. Couldn't agree more with the choice of song. The build up is excellent, and when the beat finally drops, it will literally blow you away if you're using the right kind of sound system. Flawless. Track and DL link below.

Knife Party - Centipede (Original Mix)

Another Knife Party post, I know, I know. But one of my friends pretty much nuts to this song every time it comes on. To be fair, this song is pretty sick. Knife Party always has the best samples, and this song is rounded out well with huge bass drops and intense synths. Worth a look. Or two. Track and DL link below.

Knife Party - Internet Friends (Original Mix)

"Are you gay?" Hahaha oldie but a goodie. This song never fails to make me smile and dump about a kilo of adrenaline into my bloodstream at the same time. Knife Party stole the show back with this when it was released. They took the annoyance of having a stalker, which I'm sure you all know so well by now at this point in your lives, and turned it into a great track. I love it. Track and DL link below.

Tommy Trash - Fuckwind (Original Mix)

With a name like "Fuckwind", this song was either gonna own or blow. Since it's on here, lets assume that it owns. Which it does. I don't usually designate songs as anthems, but here I am breaking the trend. This one is a straight up house anthem. Reminds me of Clash by Alesso or Make Some Noise by Chuckie and Junxterjack.... both of which I recommend checking out as well. As it is, this one is gonna be popular for some time. Track and DL link below.

Dada Life - Rolling Stones T-Shirt (Original Mix)

Okay, I'm out of my chill mode, and back into a little bit of rage. Rolling Stones T-Shirt by Dada Life is a perfect song to set the tone of a pregame. Every time I listen to this, I end up having a hell of a night. Hopefully the luck carries over to y'all. Track and DL link below.
